So here I am, sitting and listening to the whimper of a sick child---my sick child. Her fever just hit 103 and she was immediately given more Tylenol and a cool bath. As of now, we hope it goes down and pray for her to feel better. You know, to my knowledge, she has not had a fever yet in her lifetime so though it seems insignificant because most children get them, it scares me. She woke up 4 times last night and has been so congested---I HATE congestion. I wish my baby was breathing easier!
Also, new news in the Maughan family, I forgot to mention she cut her first THREE teeth [finally] at 11 months of age. She sure talks [A LOT] and her favorite words are "No!" (#1 favorite for her), "Oh yeah", "I love you", "Dad", "Mama", "Baba", and I'm sure I'm forgetting a few others. But she is talkative. She crawls everywhere and has is currently "testing" standing by herself but she isn't quite there yet. Also, I failed to mentioned she is having a birthday a week from today! Go Hayley!
I have MANY pictures to put up, Hayley feeding herself spaghetti, Kami's wedding, Hayley's new hair do...but you'll have to wait because my camera is not with me.
But...Happy Mother's Day to everyone!!! Hopefully, you'll hear from me again next week! (since Kami's wedding was 2 full weeks ago!)

Poor baby Hayley, I hope she feels better soon. That's amazing that she's talking so much! Tyler sort of sometimes says dada. I'm hoping he's just a quiet kid... Yay for trying to stand on her own - we've got that down to about 45 seconds - it's going to be so fun when they can run around and play together!
ooh man, that's the WORST! gwenna had croup a couple weeks ago and she was still so happy even while she was sick and i was the one crying more than she was. aren't we total babies about our babies? with good reason, especially the firsts!
happy mother's day, lady! hope you had a great day :)
