Happy 1/2 Birthday, Bubbas!

Let me explain this first picture by saying that Hayley apparently loves her picture taken. Lately, if Im taking a picture and she wasn't intended to be in it, she hides next to me like she's trying to make Andersen laugh and then, "Bam!", jumps in front of the camera when the flash comes on. What a stinker! Look at Andy in the back, so confused. haha!This is my happy boy at 6 months old!

I LOVE when I can capture a real smile of her and not one of her fake "Cheese!" ones. This is so adorable...too bad her hair is all over and she has no pants on. :)

At 6 months, Andy-Bubba:

• can sit up with no one around him, worrying whether he'll fall. No more tripod...he sits up without his hands on the ground in front of him.
• rolls everywhere!
• scoots everywhere!
• holds his own bottle and can take in out of his mouth and correctly put it back in.
• seriously stood up for 3 full seconds and used his tummy muscles for balance (3 seconds doesnt seem like a lot but for a 6 month old...yeah).
• weighs 19 freaking pounds!
• has been on breathing treatments every other month of his life (yuck!).
• favorite toy is an elephant that hangs from his carseat and makes noise when he smacks it.
• sleeps 11-12 hours a night.
• wears sizes 9mo and 12 mo clothing.

We love our precious Andersen and really, I just cant believe he is a half a year old! It is blowing my mind that my baby is growing up so fast. And so sad that next month (the month I got pregnant with Andersen in relation to Hayley's age), we will not be adding another to our family. Well, not really sad because I'd rip my hair out but I just love my kids as babies and wish they'd stay that way longer! :)
