Here is the first picture I took of my girly on her 3rd birthday. Yes, she slept in the dress Nana had given her the day before. :)

We directed her into the playroom to reveal the huge present we gave her. She. Was. Ecstatic. and has been cooking for us ever since.

I made Hayley her favorite breakfast (Lucky Charms) and then we headed to Krispy Kremes to ger her free dozen glazed donuts. Yum yum!

When we got home, Andersen was awake so Hayley shared her donuts with him. :)

And she finally got to wear the special birthday crown I made her a week or so before. She had seen me make it and had been asking to wear it every day. Kind of silly looking but anything to make my girly happy.

Then my mom and Andrea came over to help me give Hayley a "make over". Andrea brushed hair while I did her nails.

The finished product.

Grandma and Andrea played in the playroom with Hayley so she could cook food for everyone.

Then we headed to one of MY favorite restaraunts for lunch, Joe's Farm Grill. They give you $10 toward your meal on your birthday so Hayley and I split a meal.

She chose a cheeseburger and french fries and I spent an extra $2 to get her a chocolate shake. It was SO cute. She saw the shake and when I handed it to her, she pushed it back and said, "
Mom, I got that for you."
I said, "No, I asked if you wanted it so you could drink it." And she said, "
I said yes because I wanted to get it for you." And she seriously refused to take even a tiny sip. I got to have the whole thing. What a sweet girl I am raising.

After lunch, we headed to Toys'r'Us to redeem Hayley's $3 gift card. She is part of their birthday club and so they send you a gift card with whatever age you are and when you come in to redeem it, you get a balloon and birthday crown and they say 'Happy Birthday' to you over the intercom. With Hayley's $3, she picked out this cute little boa...it was cute until it started leaving feathers EVERYWHERE in my house. Now, I despise it. :)

When we got home, we gave Hayley the last present we had gotten for her. A Cinderella barbie. She is always asking me to buy her barbies and so I knew she'd love it.

Even birthday girls need to brush their teeth!

Hayley got some more playing time with her kitchen before bed.

And with one last diva photo, she was off to bed.
I am so grateful to have such a special daughter. She is always teaching me and making me a better person. I cant believe my baby girl is already 3!
