C is for Cookie

Has anyone ever seen such a clever contraption before? Ok, truly it's probably not the most clever thing but when I had to rush my 2 year old girl to the bathroom in Walmart while holding her brother, it helped out a lot. It was either that or hold him while trying to help her. And he just looked so adorable sitting there. The straps were missing but he stayed there the entire time. Andersen is a big boy now! This is him cruisin' in Hayley's carseat...
...and this is Hayley in his new birthday present from Grandma and Grandpa Guthrie. The reason they are switched is because I was too lazy to move the carseats and I wanted him to be able to see me...Ill switch them back soon. :)

For FHE this week, Hayley and I made cookies and talked about service. She had so much fun going to the store and picking out 2 cookie cutters and coming home to bake the cookies. This is her in her altered apron. :) I cant wait til she gets her own apron for Christmas!
She got to turn on and off the Bosch.
So excited after helping me put the dough on the pans.
The dough was definitely not made for cookie cutters, hence the reason there's so much flour on the shapes...and also the reason there is one of each shape and the rest are circles. It was way too much work to try and cut out all the shapes.
Hayley eating her specil star cookie. Chocolate Butterscotch Chip cookies. Yum!
After we baked the cookies, we took some to our neighbors so I could try and teach Hayley a way of doing service for someone else. She was so excited to visit the neighbors...until they opened the door. She hid behind my legs the entire time. :)
