My 11 month old Monkey

I found my monkey boy like this the other day. He is holding the frame that holds one of my special vinyl tiles. The reason I noticed him up here was because I heard a crash and he had thrown my special tile on the floor. Luckily, it didnt break but seriously...I thought that thing would be childproofed for at least a couple more months. I guess I was wrong. :)"What did I do, mom?"

And then he safely stepped down. What a monkey!

This monkey is now 11 months old...one month from today, he will have his first birthday!!! I cant believe how fast this has gone by.

At 11 months, Andersen:

• crawls like a mad man. :)
• cruises along all furniture
• lets go of furniture and can balance on his own two feet.
• no longer will drink formula. It's ALL pureed fruits and veggies and table foods...oh and of course, water. :)
• is starting to look up to his big sissy and play with her.
• weighs probably 22lbs and is starting to get taller and thin out in his body (probably due to all of his mad man crawling)
• loves hitting...seriously...he hits everything and everyone. It's slightly frustrating since he's still too young to understand he's being mean.
• favorite toy is any kind of ball. He LOVES throwing them. It's funny how in a playroom full of girly, pink things, he will find a ball and throw it around the room. :)

Love you, Andy Bubba. You are such an awesome kid to have and I'm lucky to be your mom!
