The Mom's Birthday

Happy 23 rd birthday to me!
My birthday was actually last Thursday but let me skip back to Wednesday and start from there. The story starts HERE and I'm not going to retell it so you really are going to have to click on that link if you want to know why I have pictures from Hayley in the hospital.

So we were in the hospital about 4 hours before my birthday so I'm counting that in my birthday post. Hayley had a hard time being brave at first and didnt talk to anyone.

But she was soooo happy when the nurse asked gave her a popsicle and opened up to everyone after that.

To help the time go by faster, I found a ball in my purse and we played catch on her bed. She was so happy. Here she is getting her xrays. Because it was about a 2% possibility that I was pregnant, (no, I'm not and no, we arent trying) I couldnt be in the room with her. OF COURSE, the next morning is when my monthly present decided to show up late. Happy birthday to me! :)
The morning of my birthday, Hayley and I picked up my free dozen Krispy Kreme donuts for our family and took them home to enjoy.

After that, we enjoyed free lunch at Joe's real BBQ and Joe's Farm Grill. My wonderful day ended with a free movie for my husband and I and some shopping around San Tan mall.
The next day, more festivities began. My mom took my sister and I to Time Out for Women and we stayed at a hotel in Phoenix. My mom and I left for Phoenix Friday morning, at lunch and just walked around town. My sister met us that night for TOFW and we all enjoyed the speakers that evening. The next day was FILLED with wonderful speakers, wonderful company, and also a little bit of missing my hubby and kids. :) I made all 3 of us these cool notebooks with mod podge and scrapbook paper so we could take notes on all the incredible speakers at TOFW.

I came home Saturday evening to a CLEAN house, happy children, and an exhausted husband. I am so lucky to have him. I forgot to mention his birthday present to me was shopping money, the new Paramore cd, and 2 dozen roses. He is the world's best husband and father and I couldn't do this job without him here.
