Princess Hayley

On Monday, we took a trip to San Tan mall to use some of my birthday money and play on the playground. The kids have so much fun and I can't help but be outside when the weather is so beautiful.
Of course, Andersen knows he has the balance and is constantly standing up on his own...
...but then he goes right back to crawling.
And then there's Hayley, who decided she needed to grow up right before my eyes. Unless she's tired, she is such a happy little person.
That night, for FHE, we learned about princesses and how they can help other people. I sorta made it up on the spot so she'd be happy to sit and listen to me.
Lately, Hayley has been saying the funniest things.
Davey and I occasionally talk about baby names (no babies coming anytime soon...it's just fun to talk about) and Hayley has overheard us. Yesterday, I asked her if she liked Blayke, Peyton, or Danica for a little sister and she picked Danica. Well, today out of the blue, Hayley points to the infant carseat (which has been retired right now since my babies became toddlers) and says, "Mom, this carseat is for baby Danica." I was surprised that she even remembered the name, let alone correlating the baby carsat with a new baby coming into our home. She is such a smarty pants.

Hayley also likes to come sit on my lap, grab my face between her hands and say, "Mom, you are so beautiful." or "I love your earrings, mom." or "Mom, can I wear make up too?"
A conversation I had today with my princess:
H: "Mom, I'm sick."
S: "Oh, what's wrong?"
H: "I'm sick because I need medicine."
S: "You want to have medicine so you're saying you're sick?"
H: "Yeah Bubba gets to have medicine and so I want to be sick and get medicine too."

Some of her favorite phrases include: "Leave me alone." "Stop it right now." and "Silly goose."
I wish I could remember everything this beautiful girl is saying right now because she is constantly making me laugh.
