Year number four

Davey and I celebrated our 4th anniversary a week ago. It was on a Thursday but Davey was in school all night so we celebrated Friday through Saturday. While I was at the park on Friday with my kids, I got a call on my cell phone from 1-800-flowers saying that they were at our doorstep and no one was home. I took the kids home and was greeted by the most beautiful bouquet of flowers. Seriously, don't you love that huge hibiscus in the middle?

We dropped the kids off at Davey;s aunt and uncle's house at 4pm and headed over to Macaroni Grill. We got there too early for our reservation so we stopped at Bath and Body Works. This is the 3rd year that they have been having some awesome sale and Davey always talks me into getting some. (And that isnt sarcasm...he really had to talk me into it).

Apparently, he didnt know where the camera was. But here is Davey showing off our gift cards for dinner. That is tradition for my parents to give us a gift card for our anniversary so we don't have to worry about spending money to celebrate. Smart idea.

Davey ordered the mediterrainean olives as an appetizer and they were oh so good!

And I absolutely love their bread and olive oil. Mmm!

We then went to a marriage class our stake has put together that will last 5 weeks.

We ended our night at Baham Bucks and slept in the next morning til 10am! Denny's for breakfast {it was seriously gross...my 1st bad experience at Denny's} and then we picked up the kids at noon.

We are so grateful to Davey's aunt and uncle for watching the kids over night and letting us have a wonderful weekend away.
